He has worked with respected companies in Norway, including Telenor and Datamatrix, contributing to planning, coordination, and delivery of mission-critical network solutions. As CEO, he brings strong capabilities in stakeholder management, client communication, presentations, and cross-team coordination, ensuring projects move smoothly from requirements to execution with clarity, structure, and professionalism.
Senior Advisor
Manzoor Muhammad is a senior real estate and construction advisor with 30+ years of experience in the UAE, specializing in corporate and industrial developments. With a strong background in real estate, building projects, and client-side coordination, he has advised and managed 100+ projects involving warehouses, sheds, and corporate facilities across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Manzoor brings deep regional knowledge, practical execution insight, and strategic guidance to support efficient planning, stakeholder alignment, and successful project delivery.

Production Manager
Maqsood Ahmad is a highly experienced production and fabrication professional with 25+ years in metal fabrication and industrial construction. Starting his career in hands-on fabrication and progressing into production leadership, he brings strong expertise in the construction of oil reserve tanks, sheds, warehouses, and structural steel works, along with a wide range of custom metalwork. He is skilled in production planning, workshop supervision, material coordination, quality control, and on-site execution, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and consistent workmanship to specification and schedule.
Field Engineer
Musawar Ahmad is a field engineer responsible for on-site execution, coordination, and quality follow-up across projects. He supports day-to-day field operations by managing manpower and subcontractors, coordinating materials and equipment, and ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
